Maybe you can use Photoshop to turn the sky back to blue, it often happens when you're trying to photograph something that has a brighter colour,(the waterfalls)

Nonetheless, this is a very nice shot, from this angle it gives a very overwhelming feeling, which is very good with photos of waterfalls.

Yeah, the sky does look a little washed out, but otherwise, I like it.
